Frequently asked questions
How does AutoNarrate work?
Give it a topic or character and AutoNarrate writes a script, generates scene art, records narration and captions, then renders everything into a finished short video. You approve the script and images before any paid step (narration/render) runs.
Can I use my own character in every video?
Yes. In the Characters section give your character a name, a short description and (optionally) a reference image. AutoNarrate carries that character into every scene of every video in the series, and a quality check flags scenes where the character drifts. Characters are optional — topic-only videos work exactly the same.
Which languages can my videos be in?
Pick a Content Language per series and AutoNarrate writes the script, records the narration, burns the captions and writes the YouTube title and description in that language. 7 languages are available: English, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese. The app interface itself is currently English only.
What is a credit?
1 credit = 1 second of rendered video. Every new account starts with a free 120-credit trial (about 2 minutes of finished video), no card required.
How long can my videos be?
Up to 15 minutes per video, and within your remaining credits — 1 credit = 1 second, so a 15-minute video needs 900 credits. See Pricing for how many minutes of video each plan’s monthly credits cover.
Which platforms can I publish to?
YouTube, TikTok and Instagram — connect a channel and AutoNarrate can auto-publish rendered videos to it. Publishing to a channel is included in the Creator and Pro plans; on Starter you can still download every video you make.
Who owns the videos I make, and what about copyright?
You retain ownership of the content you create with the Service, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. You’re responsible for ensuring what you publish complies with applicable law and the policies of the platform you publish to. See Terms of Service.
Can I get a refund?
No — purchases are final because AI generation costs are incurred as you use your credits. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Where local law requires a refund, contact info@esyapps.com.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel anytime from your billing portal. Access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
How is my data handled?
We only use your connected-account data (like YouTube upload access) to provide the features you request — never for advertising or sold to third parties. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
